Background

In March 2013, a land use inventory was conducted for 12 stations in the Keystone Corridor East to identify adjacent land uses, development patterns, and neighborhood characteristics in a quarter-mile radius around each station. This effort was intended to document current conditions as well as facilitate future discussion about the opportunities for transit-supportive development within the vicinity of each train station.
